Theme: Tougher Times - But There Never Was A Free Lunch…

Catersummit, held each October, brings a focus to cash and carry catering and foodservice, developing closer working relationships between suppliers, wholesalers and caterers. It was the birthplace of OFSCI, the industry's technological breakthrough linking the 3 elements in the supply chain. It was designed to cut costs and improve communications between all parties.

Catersummit's programme is currently being finalised. The event starts with an informal dinner on the eve of October 20th, followed by an extended morning business session the following day (Oct 21st).
