Industry gears up for first IGD Live
A host of wholesale speakers lined up to speak during two-day event
Some of the wholesale industry’s biggest names, including Bestway MD Dawood Pervez and Unitas’s Darren Goldney are gathering to speak at the first ever IGD Live event next week.
Being held on 6 and 7 November at Tobacco Dock in London, the event is focusing on the commercial issues affecting the industry today and in the future, while checking out the latest trends driving these changes.
For the first time, IGD is bringing together its existing Category Management, Convenience, Digital Commerce and Food-to-Go channel events under one roof, with the Wholesaling Summit part of the second day.
As well as offering great insight from some of the sector’s most knowledgable people, the event also provides plenty of networking opportunities throughout both days.
Elsewhere across IGD Live, speakers include the likes of Mars Foods’ Global President for Food, Drinks and Multiples, Fiona Dawson, Tesco CEO UK & ROI, Jason Tarry, Co-op Retail Chief Executive Jo Whitfield and Sainsbury’s Food Commercial Director, Paul Mill-Hicks.
