Wholesaler puts wheels in motion to meet demand

Pioneer Foodservice has invested more than £300k in expanding its fleet with locally sourced vans to meet increasing business demand

Pioneer Foodservice has bolstered its delivery service with a fleet of seven new vans, after experiencing an increase in its customer base. The locally sourced vans will service customers across southern Scotland, north-west and north-east England, and are all fitted with quality refrigeration to ensure chilled produce is delivered to all customers in perfect condition.

The vans feature the company’s newly rolled out logo, alongside a brand-new creative developed especially for the vans by H&H Reeds.

“In recent years, we’ve seen an increase in our business and to cope with demand we needed to add to our existing fleet of vehicles,” said Jonny Forsyth, Operations Director at Pioneer Foodservice.

“By choosing local providers, we have not only supported the local economy but also forged long-term partnerships which have benefitted multiple businesses. The transformation of our fleet of seven vehicles is an exciting symbol of innovation and reliability and stands as a testament to the power of collaboration and support.

“Our brand stands for quality and commitment, and we wanted our new vans to represent that. We’re very proud of our new look and design – it is sure to enhance our reputation and all we represent.”
