Acquisition focus for JJ Foodservice

To broaden its scope and strengthen its offering for caterers, JJ Foodservice is focusing its efforts on securing new acquisitions across different different foodservice sectors

“The success of Gatelands Supplies has demonstrated our ability to execute acquisitions efficiently and deliver value for both new and existing customers,” said Kaan Hendekli, Chief Operating Officer, JJ Foodservice. “We’re actively exploring opportunities with other businesses and are eager to build on this momentum to expand into additional sectors.”

The addition of Gatelands during 2024 resulted in more than 400 authentic Thai products being added to JJ’s range, which provided an opportunity to introduce existing JJ customers to an extensive range of authentic Asian ingredients, enabling them to expand their offer and diversity their menus, while retaining all of Gateland’s customer base.
