Richard Boyles appointment boosts TWC

Ex-Heineken UK and Pepsi-Co man joins as new customer engagement director

A well-respected industry face has been appointed as TWC’s new customer engagement director, as the data specialist aims to accelerate growth and drive market penetration.

Former Heineken UK National Account Director Richard Boyles will take up the post from mid-September and has been given the task of of helping to establish TWC as a serious player in the market.

Boyles joins TWC after amassing more than 30 years’ experience in confectionery, and food and drink, and boasts a CV that has seen him work at six multi-national organisations, including Carlsberg, Pepsi-Co and L’Oreal. The move sees Boyles end a 12-year stint at Heineken, where he played a key role in the business being ranked as the number-one supplier in 2016’s Advantage Group survey.

“Richard is a highly experienced, results-orientated leader, who is widely known and respected across the on and off trade,” says TWC Director Tanya Pepin.

“He joins us at a point where TWC is evolving into a serious player in the market and undergoing a whole new journey of growth and development in line with its market-leading data solutions and tailored services.”
