Innovative Brakes event to help hospitality operators
Brakes has teamed up with more than 20 of the UK’s biggest foodservice brands to put on its first virtual food engagement event.
The foodservice giant is working with the likes of Heinz, Nestle Professional and Unilever to provide access to sector insight, support, tools and resource to help the industry in the next few months.
The event is linked to the business’s Stronger With Brakes campaign and will be live for six weeks until 21 August and includes videos and recipe inspiration.
Brakes has committed to providing the hospitality sector with support as part of its Covid-19 online hub, with Brakes-registered operators also having the option to buy products and get details of latest promotions directly on the site.
Once virtual visitors have accessed the event hub, which contains a map detailing the various supplier stands, clicking on a stand will take the visitor to the page that introduces that brand, gives details of the available content, and highlights any relevant products and promotions.
The content is tabbed by category, and icons show what sectors the content is relevant to.
