SalesOut IRI agree data deal with drinks wholesalers
Two of the UK’s largest drinks wholesalers have agreed a deal with SalesOut IRI to get real-time insight into their ranges and promotions.
The deal with Matthew Clark and Bibendum Wine will see the wholesalers uncover opportunities for growth by tapping into up-to-the-minute data.
By sharing their data, the companies will be able to work closer with suppliers and make smarter decisions that will benefit the entire supply chain, even the customer.
The move is also the first time SalesOut IRI have ventured out of the on-trade market, but with the data company already processing 20 million wholesale transactions each week, they have a strong market overnight in its ranks.
Matthew Clark and Bibendum Wine’s insight portal will launch on 31 August, with insight provided on a smart dashboard that can be accessed by the wholesalers and their suppliers.
