Adam Turn-ers back time with wholesale return

A familiar face has returned to work in the wholesale industry, with experienced sales fiend Adam Turner taking a senior role at b2b.store.

Turner is best known for working as head of sales for Wholesale News and having worked with Landmark and Booker on business development projects – and arrives at wholesale e-commerce specialist, b2b.store, as business development manager.

The sales expert will head up business development and work closely alongside founder and CEO Rob Mannion to accelerate b2b.stores’s growth in the FCMG and foodservice sectors in the UK.

“Adam brings a wealth of experience with him,” says b2b.store CEO Rob Mannion. “Having worked in wholesale for many years, he understands the sector and its specific needs and will be able to use this experience to help prospective clients discover the power of our platform.”

Turner left wholesale in 2019 to take up a new role outside of the sector, but couldn’t resist making a return when the opportunity to join b2b.store arose.

“I’m really excited about joining b2b.store,” Turner said. “I’ve known Rob for a while following my involvement with Wholesale News and have watched how the business has developed from when they launched the first ever ordering app into the sector for Bestway Wholesale under [former company name] RNF, through to the launch of b2b.store and the company rebrand.

“The technology b2b.store has developed is unbelievable and making their platform a Software as a Service (SaaS) offer creates a real opportunity for wholesalers of all sizes and specialisms. The product is developing fast with new features all the time and I can’t wait to get started.”
