Our aspiring leaders-under-30 had a full line up to keep them busy for the afternoon, including an introduction of Peer to Peer mentoring, workshops by Karen Green on how to sell ideas, products & even ourselves.
Followed by an incredibly inspirational hour with Olympic gold medalists Kate and Helen Richardson-Walsh on the importance of team work, and their journey to Hockey glory in Rio ’16. Two of the learns: it was not plain sailing and gold medals are HEAVY!

To top it off we introduced the FLF Mentor Scheme 2022-2023. Senior members of the FWD family and mentors arrived just in time for wine, pizza and networking, and to meet the fresh talent on the up!
It was great to welcome some of the Women in Wholesale members along too, thanks Elit Rowland for your help to make that happen.
