Breakfast Briefings

Women in Wholesale has launched one-hour long morning briefing sessions on specialist topics to help members to stay mentally motivated and connected.

The next Breakfast Briefing is on February 4th 2022 9:30am-10:30am with the title We are Being Resilient

It’s led by Gary Back, ex-Coca Cola European Partners boss, now a motivation coach.

The aim is to take a deeper dive into the notion of ‘being connected’ and introduce the ‘We are being resilient’ model with a chance to get involved in live exercises and interact with the other participants.

Rooted in scientific research, ‘We are Being Resilient’ is a pick and mix of tips, tricks and hacks which can turn a negative mindset into a positive, thriving and successful one.

Gary and Alan will steer us through specific techniques that will help you become more resilient, boosting morale and productivity.

Be prepared for an interactive session!

Speed Mentoring

A fantastic day of learning and sharing

Seventy participants took advantage of the skills and experience of seven fantastic mentors at our Speed Mentoring session in April. Working in small groups, they explored issues of career progression and mental wellness in the workplace.

The mentors have kindly agreed to share their presentations – thanks to them and our sponsors for their commitment to Women in Wholesale.
